The Site provides general information about BRP Ventures and the services we offer. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and the Site does not by itself create a client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship.
Our PEO, advisory, and investment services are provided only under separately executed written engagement agreements. The terms of those agreements - not this Site - govern the scope, deliverables, fees, and obligations of any engagement.
References to investment opportunities, returns, or strategies on the Site, if any, are illustrative and do not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or to enter into any investment.
04 Intellectual property
The Site and its contents - including text, graphics, photography, logos, marks, layout, and code - are owned by or licensed to BRP Ventures and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. The "BRP Ventures" name and logo are marks of BRP Ventures, LLC. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. All other rights are reserved.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which BRP Ventures, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
